Oncology Billing & Consulting Firm is an innovative Medical Billing company dedicated to providing your practice with the latest reimbursement strategies, information and services available to the Healthcare Industry. A medical office needs experienced and knowledgeable billing personnel, state-of-the-art hardware and software, and the capability to stay updated on all current legislation. With all the changes we have experienced over the past few years, especially with Medicare, it is critical for the practice to be extremely efficient in their billing processes. OBCF can provide this vital service to your practice.

We are oncology specific and have a staff of experienced reimbursement specialists to handle all aspects of billing within the oncology practice. Our reimbursement specialists understand the uniqueness of the Oncology specialty and provide a personalized service to each practice. Our #1 goal is to get you the reimbursement you are entitled to - in a timely manner.

OBCF utilizes Centricity Physician Office to capture, track, manage, and report on the practice receivables we manage for clients. Centricity is the flagship practice management software from GE Medical Systems, and is deployed in over 5,500 physician offices across the United States. We chose Centricity - a modern, HIPAA-compliant, Windows-based program - because it supports the advanced claim functions necessary to improve medical practice cash flow.

Our partnership with Unlimited Systems, a nationally recognized Centricity support team whose focus is the cancer care business office, ensures rapid access to oncology-qualified application support specialists for both database support and analytic projects. Clients also benefit from our investment in Advanced Claim Edit (ACE[TM]) software from Unlimited Systems (www.unlimitedsystems.com). This toolset enables our staff to systematically identify claim conditions predicted to result in denials or insufficient payment in order to intercept and correct them prior to filing.

OBCF's combination of award-winning, nationally recognized software and oncology-specific application support ensures that our clients enjoy a stable infrastructure for filing and tracking claims. Data reporting, a critical tool for measuring practice and business office performance is greatly enhanced. Furthermore, OBCF and our clients can quickly adapt systems as the billing environment changes.

OBCF is Certified by the Commissioner of Banking and Insurance of the State of New Jersey as a qualified Third Party Billing Service.
